Campaign Announcement
(INLAND EMPIRE, CA) – As of noon today, Dr. Paul Chabot thanked Governor
Schwarzenegger for his faith in appointing him as Commissioner to the State Parole Board
for three consecutive terms and officially separated himself from the Governor’s
administration to declare his candidacy for the 63rd Assembly District. Dr. Chabot, an Iraq
War Veteran and strong conservative is running for the Assembly seat open due to term
limits currently held by Assemblyman Bill Emmerson.

Paul was born in Loma Linda, California and remains an Inland Empire native. Paul has over
14-years of law enforcement experience serving as a Reserve Deputy Sheriff for the San
Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department. Paul hosts an impressive record including
assignments as White House Senior Advisor for Law Enforcement, Justice and Drug Control
programs, one with the U.S. Attorney’s office and one the U.S. State Department’s Office of
Inspector General.
