Moving to Texas has been a blessing and one Chabot fights to defend every day. He founded the Keep Texas Red Super PAC (KeepTexasRedPAC.com) and McKinney Conservatives. In 2018, he was a delegate to the Texas GOP Convention. In 2020, he was appointed and then elected to the State GOP Convention Platform Committee. As a regular guest on TV and talk radio Chabot promotes the blessings of Texas, constantly warning that complacency can tear it down as he witnessed happen firsthand with California - the state of Nixon and Reagan. Chabot believes we must never stop fighting for freedom and if Texas falls, America falls.
In December of 2016, Paul Chabot and his wife of 17-years, Brenda, uprooted their four young children from California and moved to Texas so that their children could have an outstanding quality of life. Local papers rightfully quoted his move in the words of Davy Crockett, “You may all go to hell, and I will go to Texas.”
Paul Chabot is an Iraq war veteran who began his military intelligence career in 2001. Paul first served at the Office of Naval Intelligence and later with the Defense Intelligence Agency, in conjunction with an assignment in the Pentagon working for the Joint Chiefs of Staff in the National Military Command Center assessing immediate national security threats. In 2008, Paul returned from Iraq where he served as an intelligence officer with Joint Special Operations Forces. He is now ranked as a Commander, a senior military officer, and holds top secret/SCI clearance currently stationed in Fort Worth, Texas.
LAW ENFORCEMENT VETERAN
Paul has over 21 years of law enforcement experience and retired in 2016 as a Reserve Deputy Sheriff for the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department. There Paul had specialized assignments to the narcotics and street gangs division. Paul also served as a peace officer at the University of Southern California where he received the Meritorious Serve Medal. Later, Paul served three terms as a State Parole Commissioner working inside some of America’s most dangerous prisons ensuring violent criminals remained behind bars.
Paul is a licensed realtor and is the President and CEO of three real estate companies: Conservative Move (ConservativeMove.com), a nationwide real-estate firm operating in 40 states, Law Enforcement Move (LawEnforcementMove.com) that operates in six states, and Military Vet Move (MiliaryVetMove.com) which operates in 12 states and growing. Chabot is a regular guest on Fox, Fox Business, Newsmax, among other major networks. 10-years prior, Chabot consulted on national security projects regarding drug cartels on our border with his company Chabot Strategies, LLC (ChabotStrategies.com).
Paul is an adjunct professor instructing doctoral-level students on public administration and has served on several dissertation defense committees. His work combating terrorism has been published within military journals and online military training sites. His dissertation work examined methods for dismantling high-level drug cartels. Paul is the author of Eternal Battle Against Evil, a comprehensive strategy to fight: terrorists, drug cartels, pirates, gangs, and organized crime (BattleEvil.com).

Paul was selected for the nation’s prestigious Presidential Management Fellowship Program working for the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy and promoted to White House Senior Advisor for Law Enforcement, Justice and Drug Control Programs. During his nearly 6-years in the White House, he completed two rotational assignments: one with the U.S. Attorney’s Office targeting methamphetamine production and one with the U.S. State Department Office of the Inspector General, assessing counterterrorism and counternarcotics programs. Prior to this, Paul was an intern for the late Congressman Jerry Lewis.
Paul holds a B.A. in administration from California State University at San Bernardino, a M.A. in public administration from the University of Southern California (USC), and a doctorate (Ed. D) in executive leadership from George Washington University. Paul holds a certificate in legislative studies from Georgetown University; a certificate from USC’s Delinquency Control Institute; a certificate from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Reserve Academy and anti-gang credentialed; a certificate from the U.S. State Department Foreign Service Institute for International Law Enforcement Affairs; an entrepreneurship certificate from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and an entrepreneurship certificate from Syracuse University Whitman School of Management.
Paul’s military education includes Joint Command Leadership, and later, Joint Professional Military Education Phase I at the Naval War College; Basic Reserve Intelligence Training at the Office of Naval Intelligence; Direct Commission Academy at Naval Air Base Pensacola, Naval Intelligence Officers Basic Course at Fleet Intelligence Training Center Pacific; Joint Intelligence Operations at Joint Special Operations Command.
Military honors include: Joint Service Commendation Medal; three Navy Commendation Medals; Navy Achievement Medal; Iraq Campaign Medal; Joint Chiefs of Staff Badge; Global War on Terrorism Medal; two Joint Meritorious Unit Awards; National Defense Medal; Sea Service Deployment; Expert Pistol; Expert Rifle; Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal; Information Dominance Warfare Officer; Navy and Marine Corps Overseas Service Ribbon; Armed Forces Reserve Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster.
Paul is a Life Member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars; Life Member of the Disabled American Veterans; Member of the National Rifle Association; Member of National Federation of Independent Business; Member of Collin County Association of Realtors, the Texas Realtors Association, and the National Association of Realtors. He attends Prestonwood Church.
Paul was the Republican Nominee for Congress (CA-31) in both 2014 and 2016, nearly fending off efforts by the Democrat party as they named his race the top national targeted seat, sending in then Vice President Joe Biden to host a rally 1-week before the election. Additionally, former President Bill Clinton aided fundraising efforts for his opponent; outspending Chabot 30 to 1 with outside attacks from left leaning political action committees.
Paul Chabot founded several organizations dedicated to his passions to promote youth mentorship and the deterrence of substance abuse: Coalition for a Drug Free Texas (CoalitionDrugFreeTexas.org) and Coalition for McKinney Drug Free Youth (DrugFreeMcKinney.org).
